Description T he Group Director, Events play a critical role in developing creative and strategic event solutions for SME Events. These individuals are integral SME Events leaders with responsibility for developing and mentoring their teams. The Group Director, Events is accountable for leading event strategy and the overall delivery of their assigned group portfolio. This position will lead and manage a team of individuals and collaborate with cross-functional event teams to deliver on strategic event outcomes. Description Responsible for ensuring SME's strategy, growth ideas, and new initiatives are market-validated, economically viable, organizationally integrated, and designed to scale. The Vice President, Strategy and Enterprise Integration sits at the center of SME executive leadership and works in close partnership with the CEO to translate mission and vision into a prioritized, integrated portfolio of initiatives-moving ideas from concept through feasibility, funding strategy, and go-to-market readiness before transitioning execution to appropriate department leaders.
