The Program Supervisor will be expected to participate in an on-call rotation in order to provide remote clinical backup and supervision to the Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT). The Program Supervisor will review and sign-off on at least 20% of MCORTS reports for quality assurance purposes. Will manage and supervise direct care staff, including regular supervision, managing schedules, and addressing any performance issues. Interviews clients, performs assessment and crisis interventions, creates individual crisis plans and provides case management by making linkage and referrals.
