General Description Leads production efforts in the manufacturing of electro-mechanical assemblies as an individual contributor. These assemblies involve various electronic assembly operations to include but not limited to SMT soldering and repairs, through-hole soldering and repairs, optical fiber, fiber cables, hybrid wiring harness assemblies, wire termination, cable harness assembly, cable harness integration into chassis and modules. The production of what may seem like an unimportant cannon plug connector is the link between aircraft or ground vehicle systems that propels us forward to bigger and better accomplishments. As a production supervisor, you will be leading the electrical manufacturing efforts working with talented and dedicated individuals tasked with promoting positivity and making a difference each day.
