Supervise and perform I-level quality assurance inspections on assigned aircraft/aeronautical equipment/SE. Inspect, test, sort, sample, or weigh nonagricultural raw materials or processed, machined, fabricated, or assembled parts or products for defects, wear, and deviations from specifications. May use precision measuring instruments and complex test equipment. GENERAL DESCRIPTION Assemble, test, and rework cables, harnesses, mechanical and electromechanical products. DUTIES Assemble products according to routers, drawings, and all other applicable documentation Operate automatic stripping, crimping, wire cutting, and basic test equipment Maintain a clean and safe working environment Work together cohesively with co-workers to ensure a constructive teaming environment Maintain acceptable test pass rates and quality acceptance rates.
