General Description Tyonek is performing operations and sustainment support for the Customs and Border Protection Air and Marine Operations office. Tyonek is seeking an Aerostat Operator Level I. The successful candidate will have experience supporting aerostat flight operations on platforms similar in size to the TARS aerostats. Duties Support aerostat pre-launch, launch, ascent, transition, station keeping, and recovery. Perform recurring equipment maintenance on aerostat and radar systems. DUTIES Assemble products according to routers, drawings, and all other applicable documentation Operate automatic stripping, crimping, wire cutting, and basic test equipment Maintain a clean and safe working environment Work together cohesively with co-workers to ensure a constructive teaming environment Maintain acceptable test pass rates and quality acceptance rates.
