About this role About this Role BlackRock is seeking a highly motivated Mobility & Employment Tax professional to join its global Employment Tax team. This is a global advisory role supporting BlackRock's cross-border workforce programs, employment tax risk management, global compensation reporting governance and strategic Mobility & Employment Tax initiatives. The role is positioned for an experienced professional who can provide technical judgment, manage complex stakeholder discussions and support practical, risk-balanced outcomes across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Compensation, Corporate Tax, Finance, Legal & Compliance and external advisors to provide employment tax advice, manage escalations, strengthen governance and support a scalable global operating model for BlackRock's Mobility & Employment Tax programs.
