THE OPPORTUNITY The Marketing Cloud Lead will provide technical support for the Advancement team and play a key role in optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) operations. Specifically responsible for ensuring data accuracy and enhancing journey automation capabilities. WHAT YOU WILL DO Support the setting up and optimizing of Marketing Cloud Journeys to support campaign goals including but not limited to implementing automation into journey builder; ensuring communications such as email and text are deployed to the appropriate audiences at specific times. Create and manage filtered Data Extensions for targeted communications. Work closely with Salesforce to troubleshoot issues related to data access, journey logic, and email sends.
