National Grid About the Position: National Grid is seeking a Temporary Field Helpers at our Watertown location, at the starting hourly pay rate of $26.23. We are a major electricity and gas delivery company with one of the largest electricity transmission and distribution systems in the Northeast. Temporary Field Helpers will be expected to assist various crew operations in the field. Routine duties would include flagging at construction sites.
