The Program Supervisor will be expected to participate in an on-call rotation in order to provide remote clinical backup and supervision to the Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT). The Program Supervisor will review and sign-off on at least 20% of MCORTS reports for quality assurance purposes. Will manage and supervise direct care staff, including regular supervision, managing schedules, and addressing any performance issues. The 988 Program provides 24/7 mobile community outreach services to adults in crisis, including mental health, substance use, and suicidal emergencies. Staff dispatch to crises in teams of two, with a Crisis Response Specialist and a Peer Support Specialist, to provide assessment, risk assessment, safety planning, linkage to services, and follow-up care. Provides clinical assessment, counseling, and psychotherapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. Conducts evaluations, including mental status examinations and psychosocial histories, to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans using accepted diagnostic classifications (e.g., DSM). Delivers ongoing clinical social work and/or psychotherapeutic counseling to address mental health symptoms, psychosocial stressors, and relationship challenges. Engages in clinical consultation through case discussions, treatment planning, and client-centered advocacy, collaborating with relevant individuals and entities to support therapeutic goals.
