About this role Team Overview Client Services is the front line of Preqin Client Management, serving as the primary point of contact for all platform-related inquiries. The team ensures clients maximize value from Preqin by delivering expert support, capturing feedback, and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience. Job Overview You will deliver high-quality, timely support across multiple channels (chat, email, phone), owning client inquiries end-to-end and resolving complex issues with accuracy and urgency. Through a structured onboarding program, you will build expertise in private markets and Preqin's platform, gaining exposure to how fund managers, allocators, and service providers leverage our data in real-world workflows.
