GENERAL DESCRIPTION Performs electronic assembly operations such as SMT soldering and repairs, through hole soldering and repairs, wire termination, cable harness assembly and cable harness installation into chassis and modules. DUTIES Assembles electrical and electronic components, wiring harnesses, and other electrical assemblies and subassemblies. Manufactures electronic/electrical circuitry, electronic components (CCA's), and wiring harnesses according to Manufacturing Orders (M.O.), Drawings, Engineering Changes, Customer Specifications, and Process Instructions (P.I.). Cable harness build experience both crimp and solder Knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. GENERAL DECRIPTION Prepare documentation for the development of cost proposals. Prepare cost proposals utilizing existing pricing models. DUTIES Provide support to Pricing Team to enable proposals are completed and submitted in accordance with customer requirements and schedules. Work with Subject Matter Experts in the analysis of labor and material Basis of Estimates (BOEs). Develop and maintain pricing files in accordance with USG and company requirements. Assist in creating cost proposal documentation and back up. Create complete small and large scale, multi-year, cost proposals to include labor, materials, travel, subcontract costs, and other direct costs from existing pricing models according to the customers' RFP/RFQ schedule.
