About this role Associate - Compensation (EMEA Remuneration Regulation & Pay Transparency) Role Purpose This role supports the design, interpretation, and implementation of EU and country‑specific remuneration regulation across BlackRock's EMEA entities, with a particular focus on pay transparency, equal pay, and regulatory compliance requirements. Working closely with senior members of the Total Reward team, the individual will analyse regulatory requirements, translate them into practical policy and process implications, and support consistent and defensible compensation outcomes across jurisdictions.
