We are currently seeking a Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities for a full-time permanent placement position in the Hainesport, NJ area. The teacher will provide direct instruction to students in accordance with each of their Individual Education Plans. Candidates must hold a New Jersey State certification as a Teacher of the Handicapped, Teacher of Students with Disabilities, and be highly qualified in the area of instruction. The Paraprofessional will promote the achievement of students’ educational goals and behavioral objectives by providing the necessary support and professional interaction within the scope of all assigned duties. To assist the Principal, classroom Teacher or Social Worker in maintaining appropriate classroom activities and environment in order that students may effectively learn.
