Support services include helping clients 1) master an array of needed life skills, 2) to actively participate in community activities, 3) to provide alternative settings and means to explore clinical issues using direct care interventions based on treatment goals and objectives, and 4) conducting assessments including the Casey Life Skills Assessment. Interviews clients, performs assessment and crisis interventions, creates individual crisis plans and provides case management by making linkage and referrals. Reaches out to post intervention clients to perform follow-up. Responds to crisis outreach immediately and is on-site of the crisis within one hour of receiving crisis outreach call.
