Your Job Guardian Glass in Corsicana, TX is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our Float Glass Operations! In this role you will lead and supervise automated float glass production teams, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality manufacturing. Act as the first-line leader for operators on shift, driving production targets, equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and team development while coordinating with maintenance, engineering, and quality functions.   What You Will Do Supervise daily operations of automated float glass lines (melting, forming, annealing, cutting, packaging) and the operators who run them Plan and deliver shift production targets, allocate labor, and adjust priorities to meet customer demand and schedule changes Ensure equipment reliability by enforcing preventive maintenance schedules, approving shutdown/repair scopes, and coordinating with maintenance/engineering to minimize downtime Own product quality outcomes:...
