Southern Company RAN System Architect JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the current and future engineering development, monitoring and analyzing of RAN Key Performance Indicator (KPI) statistics to identify performance issues and initiate corrective action. The duties of this position include utilizing several sources for cell site statistics and data (i.e., SQL/Oracle databases using a Microsoft Access front-end, Xynergy and Drive Data). In addition, this position will be responsible for developing reports (Power BI), processes and procedures to ensure the RAN network meets all defined KPI's. This is a highly technical RAN role that includes configurations, integrations, troubleshooting and maintenance of existing network and implementations services.
