**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**   GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Ensures all maintenance conforms to the highest safety and regulatory standards through active monitoring and effective program management. This role requires the physical and administrative observation of ongoing maintenance for compliance with Naval Aviation Maintenance Program and safety protocols, including performing daily work site Safety and Foreign Object Damage inspections. A key duty is to screen, review, and determine the applicability of technical data before it is distributed to the maintenance department. QARs conduct periodic audits and final visual inspections upon task completion, verifying all work orders and maintenance action form documentation.
