GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The team will augment services provided by Air Force military personnel to modify, maintain, inspect, control corrosion, overhaul, repair, regenerate and store various weapon systems, related components, missiles, engines, ground support equipment and vehicles. DUTIES: Receive, store, select, move and ship general or specialized bulk and bin materials and equipment. · Create, construct, and repair containers from wood or wood substitute materials; pack, preserve, and crate items for shipment and/or storage; and brace and block items for shipment. · Plan and lay-out construction details and material requirements based on similar previously manufactured containers. · In-process, store, and issue a variety of aircraft components and DoD special tooling equipment.
