Description Under general supervision, provides administrative and event coordination support to the Events team, assisting with the planning, execution, and follow-up of SME events. This role supports multiple event activities, manages data and communications, and ensures accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment. MAJOR FUNCTIONS: Supports the planning and execution of SME events, including conferences, meetings, exhibits and other programs. Assists with event logistics, coordination, and post-event follow-up activities. Processes invoices and supports financial tracking related to events in appropriate systems. Supports speaker and program coordination, including preparing calls for speakers, managing abstracts, and coordinating communication with speakers, advisors, partners, and stakeholders.
