Business Systems Analyst West Des Moines, IA 9 Months Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Systems & Reporting Analyst to support the Credit Cards Loyalty/Rewards space. This role focuses on monitoring control and exception reports, correcting identified defects through front-end systems, and driving process efficiencies-including report consolidation-while ensuring strict adherence to published SLAs. The analyst will collaborate closely with technology, operations, and risk/control teams to deliver timely, auditable fixes and improve overall reporting quality.
