Aledade The Texas Executive Director (ED) is the business lead in their market. They act as a link between the field and Aledade Centralized support teams, focusing on ACO-specific business operations. EDs partner with Regional and Senior Medical Directors to align clinical initiatives with savings goals and provide the business case and direction for field team practice interactions.
