The Assistant Director is responsible for assisting the Program Director in the overall administration and supervision of the Crisis Receiving Stabilization Center. Carries a caseload, if required, supervises staff and interns, and monitors statistical information. Represents the program in the community, as requested. Support services include helping clients 1) master an array of needed life skills, 2) to actively participate in community activities, 3) to provide alternative settings and means to explore clinical issues using direct care interventions based on treatment goals and objectives, and 4) conducting assessments including the Casey Life Skills Assessment.
