The Mental Health Supervisor is responsible for supervision of the Crisis Receiving Stabilization Center with a focus on ensuring delivery of mental health services. Provides supervision to staff and analyzes statistical information on program outcomes. Carries a caseload, if required, supervises staff and interns, and monitors statistical information. Kairos House is a short-term residential program located in Burlington County that offers a safe, therapeutic option for those who are at risk of hospitalization due to exacerbation of their mental illness; or for those who need further stabilization and/or a transition period following an inpatient stay. Services include case management, treatment, housing assistance, wellness groups and life skills training. The Support Specialist provides mental health services to adults who have a chronic mental illness in a respite setting. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any age-related needs of the consumers served.
