Babson College The Advancement Marketing Operations Specialist will provide multi-faceted operational and technical expertise to the Donor Experience team by managing and executing a wide range of Donor Experience email activities and external facing communications. Specifically responsible for deploying all emails from Marketing Cloud; developing Marketing Cloud journeys; programming external facing components of CVENT pages; updating the website; requesting/reviewing stewardship and event reports; and managing the Alumni Newsletter.
