SUMMARY The Industrial Electrical Technician II is a skilled, independent contributor responsible for advanced assembly, wiring, testing, and validation of industrial electrical panels, harnesses, and systems. This role requires strong technical judgment to interpret schematics, validate BOMs, execute complex layouts, and resolve workmanship, routing, and fitment challenges. The Industrial Electrical Technician II performs advanced diagnostics and functional testing, drives nonconformance resolution, trains junior technicians on standard work processes, and contributes to continuous improvement activities. This role is authorized to work independently on live 120V equipment and to support live 480V work under the guidance of a qualified Tier III technician.
