GENERAL DESCRIPTION Assemble, test, and rework cables, harnesses, mechanical and electromechanical products. DUTIES Assemble products according to routers, drawings, and all other applicable documentation Operate automatic stripping, crimping, wire cutting, and basic test equipment Maintain a clean and safe working environment Work together cohesively with co-workers to ensure a constructive teaming environment Maintain acceptable test pass rates and quality acceptance rates. Duties Calculates dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and precision measurement instruments and using that knowledge, layout piece parts for the welding process. Interprets drawings, specifications and all weld symbols used in the welding industry. Performs welding of metal objects using a Mig welder or Tig welder.
