Land O'Lakes Maintenance Manager As a Maintenance Manager in our Hampton, IA manufacturing facility, you will focus on improving maintenance processes, asset reliability & capital improvement projects. You will be responsible for leading 6-8 Maintenance Technicians and collaborating with production. You will report directly to the Plant Manager.
