JOB DESCRIPTION A Day in the Life: The Fleet Processing Manager oversees a team responsible for fleet asset acquisition, transfer, and disposition. They ensure accurate and prompt reporting in Hertz Financial Statements and sub ledgers, while promoting process improvements for greater efficiency We expect the starting salary to be around $100,000; the actual salary will be determined based on years of relevant work experience. What You’ll Do: Supervise the processing of invoices, payments, and credit notes for vendors and customers, and manage collections and billing activities. Ensure proper documentation for processing activity is obtained and retained. Develop and implement processing policies and procedures for revenue earning equipment, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act, statutory, ABS, tax and other relevant regulations.
