You are responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes to support both hourly and salaried hiring needs at Tate’s. This role partners with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire talent while ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate’s experience aligned with business priorities. How you will contribute? You will manage end- to- end recruitment for manufacturing and supply chain roles - from hourly frontline to salaried positions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and screen candidates, facilitate interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions.
