Capital One Manager - Learning Manager, Instructional Design (Hybrid) Capital One's Learning & Knowledge team is seeking a dynamic manager to lead a team of Instructional Designers that design a diverse set of learning experiences to support team members across various disciplines. This role will partner closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders to create custom learning strategies.
