The In Community Therapist will assess need for treatment, document and deliver clinical evidenced- based behavioral health services to youth and their families in a community-based setting. The Youth Care Worker is responsible for providing enrichment activities to youth in the after school program in an individual and group setting. Facilitates recreation and event activities. Provides transportation to youth and supervision in the office and in the community. Knowledge about community resources and services are required. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any age-related needs of the consumers served and demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the consumer population served.
