The Co-Response Outreach Specialist must be able to quickly and accurately assess and interpret data about the Consumer’s status to identify each Consumer’s needs and direct the Consumer/family to the appropriate age-related level of care and services. Responsibilities will include: During shift hours, is primarily responsible for responding to crisis in the community from designated police departments based on program schedule (either via ride-along or meeting police on scene) to complete a level of care assessment as part of the ARRIVE initiative.
