We make it our priority to screen and triage individuals in crisis within community settings as opposed to a hospital setting. Our certified screeners and mental health professionals work together to stabilize the crisis and determine the most appropriate, least restrictive treatment option.

The Crisis Specialist interviews consumers, completes assessment, treatment plans, and crisis intervention. Outreaches as required. Answers a 24 hour hotline. Interviews clients, performs assessment and crisis interventions, creates individual crisis plans and provides case management by making linkage and referrals. Reaches out to post intervention clients to perform follow-up. Responds to crisis outreach immediately and is on-site of the crisis within one hour of receiving crisis outreach call.
