The LPN is responsible for providing healthcare services for the programs, including medication administration in accordance with State and DCPP regulations. Comply with standards set forth by the NJ State Board of Nursing and Agency policies. APN will function as a part of an interdisciplinary team with hospitalists, specialists, nurses, social work and other health care staff. APN is expected to have concurrent documentation.
