The Case Manager provides outreach case management services to consumers. Maintains contact with referring agencies and other providers, family/significant others and homeless/Imminently homeless. The individual demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the consumer population served. The Supervisor for the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Program provides supervision to FFT clinicians and provides senior-level assessment, treatment, and psychoeducational services for the benefit of CTS clients according to the FFT model.
