We are currently seeking a Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities for a full-time permanent placement position in the Hainesport, NJ area. The teacher will provide direct instruction to students in accordance with each of their Individual Education Plans. Candidates must hold a New Jersey State certification as a Teacher of the Handicapped, Teacher of Students with Disabilities, and be highly qualified in the area of instruction. Services include case management, treatment, housing assistance, wellness groups and life skills training. The Support Specialist provides mental health services to adults who have a chronic mental illness in a respite setting. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any age-related needs of the consumers served.
