The Program Manager will supervise and ensure a safe environment and work with the Clinical Team Leader to establish a positive treatment program. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a positive, strengths-base, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of Legacy Treatment Services. We make it our priority to screen and triage individuals in crisis within community settings as opposed to a hospital setting. Our certified screeners and mental health professionals work together to stabilize the crisis and determine the most appropriate, least restrictive treatment option.
