Reduced full-time APN will conduct initial and follow up psychiatric consultations to the patients of Shore Medical Center. APN will function as a part of an interdisciplinary team with hospitalists, specialists, nurses, social work and other health care staff. APN is expected to have concurrent documentation. Provides supportive peer counseling and advocacy to adult consumers receiving services in the through this mobile crisis program. Demonstrates knowledge of mental illness and the services available in the community. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the needs of the consumers served.
