The Program Supervisor will be expected to participate in an on-call rotation in order to provide remote clinical backup and supervision to the Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT). The Program Supervisor will review and sign-off on at least 20% of MCORTS reports for quality assurance purposes. Will manage and supervise direct care staff, including regular supervision, managing schedules, and addressing any performance issues. Delivers ongoing clinical social work and/or psychotherapeutic counseling to address mental health symptoms, psychosocial stressors, and relationship challenges. Engages in clinical consultation through case discussions, treatment planning, and client-centered advocacy, collaborating with relevant individuals and entities to support therapeutic goals.
