Represents the program in the community, as requested. Responsible for planning, developing and evaluating programs to meet overall organizational goals and objectives. Services include case management, treatment, housing assistance, wellness groups and life skills training. The Support Specialist provides mental health services to adults who have a chronic mental illness in a respite setting.
