POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the completion of daily reconciliations of bank activity to the general ledger and/or bank statements as well as other monthly reconciliations. Responsible for the Bank’s accounts payable process, including required IRS reporting. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : ·         Responsible for accounts payable workflow.  ·         Processes invoices for payment, ensuring appropriate general ledger posting.     ·         Produces checks, maintains all accounts payable files, maintains W-9’s and prepares 1099s              annually.      ·         Researches any accounts payable issues.      ·         Prepares FRB, FHLB, ACBB and Check Suspense account reconciliations on a daily basis. ·         Researches and processes check adjustments. ·         Analyzes and prepares various monthly general ledger and checking account reconciliations, investigating any issues as necessary. ·         Performs...
