Responsibilities* Talent Relations (coverage during a Leave of Absence on the Talent Relations team) Onboarding - Serve as Talent Relations' first point of contact for the onboarding experience, managing logistics and implementation of the onboarding program for new regular, temporary and student employees. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Partnering with "onboarding specialists," whose roles support the onboarding process, to launch the onboarding plans for each new hire. Collaborating with Development Services colleagues to ensure equipment and access is arranged for new employees. Distributing new hire welcome packages, welcome emails, and onboarding surveys Scheduling onboarding meetings Providing back-up to the onboarding specialists, as needed.
