Supplemental Instruction (SI) is an academic assistance program that utilizes peer-assisted study sessions in College of Business courses. The SI sessions are regularly-scheduled, informal review sessions in which Supplemental Instruction Leaders facilitate group study activities around applying class concepts, developing organizational tools, practicing course material, and improving study techniques. SILs help student participants learn how to integrate course content and study skills while working together. SILs are students who have previously taken the courses and done well in them.
