University of Michigan Job Summary The College of Business is looking for Supplemental Instruction Leaders (SILs). Supplemental Instruction (SI) is an academic assistance program that utilizes peer-assisted study sessions in College of Business courses. The SI sessions are regularly-scheduled, informal review sessions in which Supplemental Instruction Leaders facilitate group study activities around applying class concepts, developing organizational tools, practicing course material, and improving study techniques.
