Position Summary
The Career Exploration Specialist plays a critical role in delivering high-impact programming that supports middle school members (ages 11–14) as they explore future career pathways, build foundational workforce skills, and prepare for Ready to Work (RTW) University. Working in collaboration with the RTW team and Club staff, the Specialist facilitates engaging curriculum, leads career and service-learning experiences, and ensures individualized member support. While reporting to the Executive Director of the RTW Academy, this position works closely with Club leadership for day-to-day supervision.
