Position Summary The Customer Service Representative plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of activities directly related to the company’s Customer Service functions. The role is primarily responsible, under direct to moderate supervision, for providing friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service to customers and staff within agreed upon Service Levels and in compliance with guidelines established by investors, company, state and federal regulations.
