GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The team will augment services provided by Air Force military personnel to modify, maintain, inspect, control corrosion, overhaul, repair, regenerate and store various weapon systems, related components, missiles, engines, ground support equipment and vehicles. DUTIES: Provide support for performing aircraft/engine/special asset reseals as required IAW T.O. 1-1-686 and Sealing Diagrams for all assigned aircraft to be prepared for storage. Preserve aircraft, aircraft engines, and associated equipment, perform special reseals after parts removal from aircraft and for Process-In/Re-preservation by applying preservative sealant using specialized equipment. General Description This is job is at a Depot Level repair facility maintenance on types of aircraft, which include, but not limited to AV-8, C-130, C-2, E-2, EA-6B, F/A-18, H-1, H-53, H-60, MQ-8, P-3, P-8. F-35 and V-22. Military aviation platform experience is a plus.
