DUTIES This position supports the Manager, Claims and Benefit Administration in the daily operations of the Claims and Benefit Administration Department and plays a vital role in maintaining claims turnaround times, quality control and productions standards. Responsibilities include monitoring the daily workflow of the department, assisting with mail operations, pre-edit/scanning processes, tracking staff performance audits, completing staff training, and processing Medicaid claims.
This role also serves as the initial point of contact for Claims and Customer Service inquiries and problem resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to type 30 WPM
