General Description The Government Property Administrator is responsible for the strategic oversight, accountability, and compliant management of government-furnished and contractor-acquired property across all Tyonek sites. This role ensures full adherence to FAR Part 45, DFARS 252, DCMA guidelines, and applicable contract requirements, while serving as the primary liaison between Tyonek and government customers on all property-related matters. The position plays a critical role in protecting company and government assets and supporting contract performance through rigorous recordkeeping, auditing, and training. GENERAL DECRIPTION Prepare documentation for the development of cost proposals. Prepare cost proposals utilizing existing pricing models. DUTIES Provide support to Pricing Team to enable proposals are completed and submitted in accordance with customer requirements and schedules. Work with Subject Matter Experts in the analysis of labor and material Basis of Estimates (BOEs). Develop and maintain pricing files in accordance with USG and company requirements. Assist in creating cost proposal documentation and back up. Create complete small and large scale, multi-year, cost proposals to include labor, materials, travel, subcontract costs, and other direct costs from existing pricing models according to the customers' RFP/RFQ schedule.
