Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Troubleshoot Machinery, determine and implement corrective action

Install new Machines

Removal and replacement of Machine Components as needed

Welding of all types (ARG, MIG, TIG)

Torch cutting

Knowledge in metal fabrication

Familiar with pipe fitting

Able to learn to operate all machines

Knowledge of electrical functions and able to apply to assignments

Perform all work in a safe manner following GSD and OSHA regulations

Must work with and train new maintenance mechanics

Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

Perform PM’s in accordance with PM procedure

Other Duties: Include but are not limited to the following:

Perform electrical work (frequent)

Operation of machines (infrequent)

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Industrial Manufacturing experience preferred

2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience
