• Our Florida Dream Center Project Coordinator duties include project management for FLDC and the VOAF Home Depot Mobile Veteran Home Repair Program. In addition, over the next year train to become a NCCER instructor to aid with WRT classes and coordinate varying projects within FLDC. ensures the efficient and organized flow of goods that support FLDC’s food distribution and outreach efforts.
• Support other Florida Dream Center programs as needed, including assisting staff during special events, community outreaches, or periods of increased operational demand. Provide flexible, hands-on support across departments when assigned to ensure continuity of services and alignment with FLDC’s mission.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform routine loading and unloading.
• Must be available to participate in Adopt-a-Block outreach events on Saturdays as part of core program involvement.

Hourly rate of pay $21.27

Job Type: Full-time

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Experience driving vans or box trucks and handling food products preferred-FLDC will train on how to drive the large 16’ trucks.
• Able to operate a pallet jack and drive a forklift (or willing to train or certify).

Work Location: In person; travel required; Tuesday through Saturday work schedule.
